Primal Fitness > Fighting?

Second Place
Karate World Championship
Montreal Canada
What is more primal to man's survival than the will to fight to survive. It is definitely what our ancestors had to do.  Weather they were fighting off lions and bears, or each other in a war over women and territory, the strongest among them survived and procreated to make me and you.

We are past fighting to survive. Sometimes I think it may be a detriment to our gene pool if you have ever visited People of Walmart.

My favorite exercise to do is fighting. I know not really an exercise, but nothing gets your blood pumping faster than seeing fist and feet flying at your head.

Once upon a time, I could barely hike a hill because I was fat, now I fight mountains. A lot of that has to do with the way that I eat. No more do I buy "diet" foods. No more highly processed snacks. Now it is just fresh real food the way it comes from nature, but sometimes I cook it.

I was once a fat unhappy frumpy housewife. I looked forward to eating. I would think about my next meal, while I was eating a meal. After reading Mark Sissons book and reading countless other books and web sites, I learned to stop counting calories. I learned to stop doing useless chonic cardio and start eating tasty natural foods and enjoying exercise in the form of play.

Which brings me to my favorite exercise, fighting. Thanks to all who have helped me on the way. I am the cute chick with the yellow belt.

Same day, a while later fighting for first place, well lets just say, you can't win them all.
