DIY Larabar Roundup, Make your Own!

 Nuts and fruit. Which ever bar you choose, those are the ingredients to greatness. No sweeteners, fillers, supplements, flavorings or preservatives. How good is that? Just real food, nothing more.


I thought I would make my own but before I run out and buy a new food processor, i thought I would share the roundup of awesome sites that make these wonderful bars.



The husband, like most of the male humans I know, swear by the Power bars and other highly processed mechanical mixtures to give them "energy". Well lets take a look at what they have to offer. 


Powerbar Triple Treat Energy :

Ingredients

Word to those who are trying to lose weight while being primal: moderation. Even though they are fruit and nuts, dried fruit has a lot of natural, but concentrated sugars. Make them for the kids or bring them on a long hike.
